At Kuxin, we believe that decoration should reflect the comfort, style and personality of every home. That is why we created Atelier Kuxin — a service that allows you to customise our textile pieces and receive suggestions tailored to your space.

From custom sizes to decorative combinations, each piece is made in our atelier in Portugal.

Every piece is produced with attention to detail, using carefully selected fabrics and finishes designed to ensure comfort, elegance and durability.

We produce in small quantities and on demand, valuing a closer, more thoughtful and more sustainable process.

We produce cushions and other textile pieces in custom sizes. Select one of the suggested sizes or tell us the measurements you would like.

Production in our Atelier
Each piece is carefully produced in our atelier in Portugal, based on more than 30 years of experience in making decorative textile pieces.

Delivery to Your Home
Once your custom-made product has been completed, we will arrange delivery to the address you provide. We ship to Portugal and across Europe. You may also choose to collect your order from our store.

Send us photos of the sofa, bed or room you would like to decorate. The photos should clearly show the area or furniture you want us to work with. We also encourage you to share inspirational images that help us understand the style you are looking for.

We Design and Simulate Your Space
Based on your inspiration and photos, we will create personalised proposals featuring the products and combinations that best suit your space. We will share these suggestions with you for review and approval.

We Prepare Your Order
Once you have chosen your preferred options, we prepare your complete order and arrange delivery to your home. In just a few days, your space will be transformed with pieces tailored to your style and taste.

As soon as we receive your photos and information, we will begin creating your personalised proposals. After your approval, we will start producing your items in our atelier. Your order will then be delivered to the address you provide within the estimated production timeframe of 10 to 15 days.

Quanto tempo demora a produção?

O prazo previsto para a produção e envio de produtos personalizados está entre os 15-20 dias, dependendo ods timings de encomenda e receção dos tecidos. Caso o prazo tenha a previsão de ser superior, entraremos em contacto para atualizar o andamento da encomenda.
Posso escolher outro tecido?

O Kuxin Atelier apenas trabalha com uma seleção de tecidos. Fazemos uma pesquisa alargada por estilos, padrões, cores e texturas, para que a nossa coleção seja muito completa.
As almofadas incluem enchimento?

Não. Pode acrescentar enchimento no seu pedido. Os enchimento são feitos à medida do tamanho das almofadas. Utilizamos conforel de alta densidade para aumentar conforto e durabilidade das almofadas.
A confeção dos produtos é feita pela kuxin?

Sim. Na Kuxin dispomos de atelier próprio com serviço de costura por medida com experiência de mais de 30 anos na área de decoração à medida.
O serviço de sugestões decorativas tem custo?

Não. O valor final é apenas o dos produtos selecionados e encomendados.
Posso enviar inspirações?

Enviam as encomendas para casa?

Sim. As encomendas podem ser enviadas para a morada que nos indique. Pode também levantar as encomendas na nossa loja na Avenida Dom António Ferreira Gomes, 32 - Águas Santas Maia, Portugal.
A Kuxin produz para outras marcas?

Não. Na Kuxin produzimos exclusivamente para os nossos clientes.
