Section 1 - SHIPPING :: Shipping information

Each order is prepared within 24 hours after it is placed (except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. During certain times of the year, preparation may take up to 48/72 hours.

We send all our orders within Portugal by standard registered mail without acknowledgment of receipt.

All international orders are sent by standard mail with online tracking.

In terms of delivery times, it may take up to 10 working days in Europe (normally between 4 and 5 working days) and up to 15 working days for the rest of the world.

You may upgrade to Express Shipping, with delivery in up to 5 to 7 working days in Europe, up to 8 working days for the USA, and 8 to 9 working days for the rest of the world.

KUXIN is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in the mail or upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, and therefore does not assume the risk of loss or title to the goods.

We can only deliver to the shipping address provided with your order. Changes are not allowed after the order has been submitted.

You will receive a link to track your order as soon as it has been shipped, through the email address provided.

 

Section 2 - SHIPPING FEES :: Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs can be viewed on the checkout page, according to the destination.
We work with CTT (Correios de Portugal) for standard shipping and express delivery.
Occasionally, we may choose to use other carriers.

 

Section 3 - TRANSPORT :: Duties and taxes

International shipping does not include duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes that may be applied upon delivery.

We advise international customers to confirm/calculate the applicable duties and taxes before purchasing.

 

Section 4 - SHIPPING :: PRE-ORDER

On certain occasions, we launch new products with a PRE-ORDER option. All orders placed containing one of the products marked as pre-order will be dispatched on the date indicated in that product’s description.

 

Section 5 - STOCK AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Order placement is subject to product availability. If a particular item is not available, the customer will not be able to complete the purchase. Therefore, if any error occurs regarding product stock, the customer will be informed immediately and the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days.
